@mysticalblue I'd say this size chart is spot on. It is made for this model of Bellino clothing and I wear a 3X, it is spot on. It has a little give to this fabric, so it feels comfortable on, not binding in any way. I hope that helps!

@officemom5 Karen, it does not come with any belt. White is a good bet. I just used one I have for the waistline view in order to show different ways you, too, may wear this item.
