What is the fabric? Does it have any stretch?

@sandykayclark Hi there! The fabric is listed as cotton blend and polyester. It has a very small amount of stretch. Looking again at the measurements I may have to reevaluate the size. It's probably better for a petite large or a medium. Hope this helps!
