What's the bust on 2Xl? Is it long in the front? What does plus juniors mean?

@ambender 46" on bust for 2x - plus juniors is like buying a plus size in say xhileration at Walmart compared to buying a plus in lane Bryant or old navy. For some reason the plus juniors are sized a tad smaller than a regular 2x. It is longer in the back
