littledeer64@kayleecaseface Ok. Since there is no shoulder fabric I measured flat from the base of the neck to the hemline. It is 28 1/2" from that point to that point . Keep in mind it is an uneven hemline with some points being shorter or longer than others. Hope this is helpful .
