Adorable vintage overalls. They are kids size 16, but would easily fit a size XS or a size 0. My daughter is modeling them in the pics. She is a size 3, but these are too tight for her. Brand new with tags. A couple defects, which I have pictured. Waist (measuring snap to snap) is about 24". Inseam length is 32". Shoulder straps extend to 29" from crotch to shoulder. These may smell musty from being stored for 40 years. Madewell brand. Please ask questions before buying.

@courtships thank you! I only started selling in January. I think I have done pretty good so far. But the sharing gets tiresome. I also sell on the site that starts with an M. Sales were good at first, but have dropped off. And I think it is because there is no way to draw attention to my stuff. So, sharing may get tiresome, but it does bring results.

@courtships Only a very small percentage of people return shares, but those are usually pretty faithful about it, so there is a lot of back and forth. I have gotten used to it. Yes, I try to join every posh party I can because that helps get attention. I got a host pick on my green and blue vintage dress a few weeks ago. That was exciting. I am going to my mom's tomorrow and will be clearing some more items out of her closets. I can't wait to list them!

@alliekhebbaz thank you for the input. Awhile back, someone told me that using "vintage" as the name brand might get more people to see an item. I did that and it seemed to help. I assume that these are from the same Madewell brand that is currently popular. So now I am torn lol! I have to be careful not to change the brand too often. They only let you do that 3 times, I think. But I might try it later on and see if it gets more attention. Thanks for the suggestion!

@alliekhebbaz no, you have a good point! I am selling things with old names, such as Dorothy Bullitt, that no one is familiar with anymore. So it makes sense in that case. But with a popular brand, using the brand name is a really good idea! I think I will leave it for now and might change it later to get a wider audience. I did add the brand to the title, which might draw more people in. I am always happy to get tips and suggestions! I really appreciate it!

@alliekhebbaz so do I! I am selling a lot of my mother's vintage clothes and most of them are really tiny. These, as well as a couple other NWT items, came from a store that was open years ago. The owner hated to throw out items that did not sell and saved them. When the store went out of business, the stuff was given to my mom, who is a pack rat and also saved them. Who knew they would be worth something some day?

@alliekhebbaz my mom is 80. She never throws away. She has all the closets in the house filled. I only had a tiny bit of closet space to use. Lol. When I was growing up, she tried to get me to wear them, but vintage clothes weren't fashionable in the 80s. It was only when I started selling them that I realized how special and unique they were. I am glad she is finally letting me clean out her closets. I told her how people love her clothes, so now she is happy to let them go.

@alliekhebbaz funny that we have the same story! I hated her stuff, too, because she always tried to get me to wear it and didn't understand that they were no longer in style. She would say, "Everything comes back in style again". I figured her clothes were worth money, but I didn't know how to sell them until I found this site. And she was right. Everything old is new again. She was just 30 years ahead of her time!

@veronikafashion hi, fyi these are the one and same MADEWELL that is so popular the clothing co. 1937 (i think) original clothing was a "workmans clothing", i.e. bib overhauls etc. And, you ask, how does this woman know this crazy info? i am selling some if MADEWELL new items and came across it - so interesting that you have these items. love it! thanks for all your shares - i am about to return the favor - luv nice people :)

She is about the sane height and weight as you and, unfortunately, while the length of the legs is good on her, the upper part is too short. They might work out for you if you have a short torso.
