This is a new without tags retail crop top/cover up. It is blue and has two shells in the bra area. It looks just like the seashell bras that mermaids would wear. I currently only have size Small. It is a bit shorter than the first photo which is a stock photo. It's great for summer or for a bikini cover up! It is 17" long.
