Trendy and popular brand FREE PEOPLE. Elastic in back. The only issue is see picture number four, the little pink cord is ripped off and hanging, still wearable but I'm not handy with a needle and can't repair it. Thus, the reason for the low price. This was expensive! Size 10. From the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom it's approx 35". Colors are pink, purple, wine and cream. Cute as can be on!!! Make me an offer
