anniephant@wetzel1 Hi! It is a medium grey similar to hex #808080. There are official retail photos that exist that better show the color of the bag against a white bg. And yes, it is essentially NWOT since I never used it. I can include the tag that I snipped off. There are no signs of wear or tears. It is the same buttery smooth leather that Kate Spade is known for. Hope this answers your questions!
