tinaslavik @persuasions the small would fit me perfectly but I am afraid it wouldn't be loose and flowy so I think the medium would be better. I wear a medium in White House Black Market and Boston Proper. 8's are just a little to big and 6's are just a little to small.

persuasions @neenesboutique no need to apologize. Every state is different. You'd have to research online what your state requirements are and what fees you might have to pay. I had to also receive approval from city hall as well and get a DBA certificate & so on. I'd look online for your states requirements just as I did & it'll walk u through the appropriate steps. Xo💋
