christinamillan @tiff929 Good morning! Yes, the dress does have a little stretch at the top. As for the brand, I had to (very carefully of course) take tag out so it didn't rub my back. I purchased out of town last summer and can't remember where at. Hope this helps! I where between a small and medium.
