ljl20002 @firstclassprep that's the actual material according to the fabric label, but it feels much lighter than that to me. I originally bought this jacket for a July business trip to Africa because it looks so sharp but still very lightweight and comfortable.

ljl20002 @firstclassprep this jacket feels pretty smooth to the touch. Some wool fabrics are more of a scratchy/boucle texture. This jacket looks and feels pretty smooth to the touch. I hope that helps. I wore it with cream-colored pants for a smart-casual look.
