daiqsmom@lala514408 hi! I normally wear a 7.5-8 in heels. I ordered these knowing they might be too big because I was so in love with them and wasn't sure how CH ran either (but had heard the Nike Air technology made the heels feel like sneakers!) if you are normally an 8.5, these would probably be good for you. A 9 would probably be pushing it. I think they are pretty TTS...hope that helps!
