It is a stunning dress. I bought this EUC and have never worn it, still has button bag attached. It is a sad resell, but my loss is your gain!!! The label is Small Petite so best fit is 0-2, maybe a 4. Just saw the same one on eBay for $100 so snatch this one up soon!
