kessley @nanotian The waist is 13" straight across. Length is 23" from top of neckline to crotch seam. Since it's open back the bust should be able to fit a wide variety of sizes but the fabric measures 15" straight across at the widest part. I hope that was helpful and let me know if you want any other specific measurement
