becky1004 @mwmtgm Yes, I believe it is. I have sold three of these tops and my daughter owns one. My daughter says it's true to size. All three have given me 5 star rating on the top. One even wrote that it was tts in a comment after she received it.

becky1004 @mwmtgm It is not see through, it's more like a sweatshirt type of material. These is a good fall, winter, early spring type of top, more for cooler weather.
