vmaries @ameade26 Hi. Ok, the medium is 20 inches armpit to armpit with the smallest part of the arm cuff (around your wrist) being 3.75. The large is 22 inches armpit to armpit with the wrist cuff being 4.25 inches. In my opinion if you're between sizes I would say size up. Because it's a flowy shirt and I think the extra size would be less noticeable than if it too small. Hope that helps :)
