I know she would not be over a size 4 but if I had to guess she's probably a 2. We recommend reviewing the measurements of the size small in the description to help determine fit. This is meant to loosely as seen in the photos. If you feel this wouldn't fit we do have some other lovely pieces we can recommend 👍🏻💞

We are not at our boutique at the moment to double check the length but generally with women's tops the length either stays the same or will increase about half an inch per size.
