Free People beautiful navy blue dressy dress, size small. Lined skirt, subtle brocade/damask printed design. Material is acetate and spandex, so it has a great hang and lots of stretch. Lacey open back. Bust comfortably stretches to about 21 inches, Waist is 14 inches unstretched and stretches to about 17 inches, length is 34 inches. Absolutely beautiful for a dressy event!

maddagirl the second pic shows it best. Neither velvet nor lace, rather a soft nylon feeling material. Smooth, stretchy. The damask is imprinted on it. Sometimes they make travel dresses out of a similar material because it's less prone to wrinkles. :)
