@thebest4less Respond as quickly as possible to potential buyers. Use clear pictures and detailed descriptions. Ship items ASAP. The goal is to ALWAYS get a 5-star rating and making sure the buyer is completely satisfied. This is the reason I provide details and answer all questions.

@thebest4less Be very open to offers, no matter how low. It may get annoying sometimes receiving lowball offers, but always counteroffer. It gives the buyer a chance to take another look at the item and assess its value. Declining an offer seems rude sometimes, although it is not the intention.

@thebest4less Another key advice is having a GREAT cover photo. Very important! This is the first point of contact to any potential buyer. It has to grab their attention. I like to use stock photos (some really great ones can be found on Pinterest). A great cover photo is more professional and appealing. I hope my 2 cents go a long way in helping you in your journey. 😅

@belladonna1313 If you go to “My Seller Tools” and then “My Seller Discounts,” you can customize whatever bundle sale you want. It has options ranging from 5% to 30% for bundles of 2 to 7 items. As for promoting your sales, you’ll have to make a separate post saying you have a sale going on in your closet OR you could use a picture editing app to advertise your sale on your listing pictures. I’ll mention you in one such sale I’ve done in the past to give you a visual of what I mean. 😊

I accidentally repurchased the Zara chain top. I already have it and currently trying to reposh. I am trying to cancel the order but not very familiar all the different tools.
