persuasions@theplansj2911 some people don't realize how waist measurements are done. The waist on the small is 15 inches measured laid flat & straight across which is 30" around and recommended for a size 2/4. Hope this helps The last few photos show a slightly different pattern w/a butterfly in place of the bird embroidered on the skirt. That is what we are explaining. The butterfly embroidered pattern is not available. Thank you. Xo
