May have minor cosmetic scuffs. 100% rubber rain boot! 14" tall, calf circumference approx. 15". Rain boot runs half a size larger than your regular shoes. They are taller than galoshes and protect your feet while you garden or just walk in the fall or winter rain. Not for wide calves. Stay dry up to the knee even in the heavy rain. A true staple in ladies shoes fashion!

iroze8@eoldaker85 I'm a 6.5 and I was able to model them without an issue. But I cannot in all certainty say that at size 7 you will be comfortable in them especially if you want to wear a thick sock inside.
