susiemaylee Hello! I just received my shoes. I have always worn a size 7 in every shoe, but these shoes were too small. I I want these shoes still & wanted the other colors also. But I am concerned to buy another pair with no return. I think a 7.5 will fit even tho usually a 7.5 would be too big. Would I be able to return these for a 7.5? And I love the brown and red ones too. Please let me know. They are so cute, but I can't wear this size 7. Thank you! Susan

If I'm looking at one of your items and I see the word Boutique and I click on that sometimes I can see all the Tori Klein shoes and sometimes I don't. skmayden I received my order of 4 flats. However, you sent me 2 of the same pairs. I did not receive the khaki pair. I opened up a claim with Poshmark because I thought this would be faster. All they do is ask for more pictures. Really?? Why do they need more than 3 pictures of 2 pairs of shoes? Also, the 9 does not fit and I want all of them in a 10. I really like the shoes and am anxious to be able to wear them.

celeste_elainez Hello. I accepted the boots I ordered from you even though there were a few minor flaws. They were huge on me. Of course, I didn't open a case because in the listing it states that they run big. However, I'm only now realizing that you sent me the WRONG size boot. I ordered a size 6 and the ones I received are a size 7. They say 7 on both the bottom and the inside of the shoe. Is there a way I can return them? Or at least exchange them for the correct size?
