Maxi strapless dress S

Bought at a boutique and worn a couple of times. Great as a beach cover up. Thin material. Can't find a size tag but would fit an XS or an S. Skirt length excluding band is 38" Band will stretch and fit up to 34 B or C. Orange chevron print and hot pink band.
