The average sleeve length on women's garments is 18" from underarm to end of sleeve. These are a little longer (which I personally love), so we will let you know soon. persuasions @rikkipoalillo from underarm to end of sleeve it's approximately 19.5"-20" in length. Just a little longer than the average 18" which would be underarm to about the wrist on the average women's garment. Hope this helps.
