victoriyaaa @srguerra07 nothing has really changed from eating organic foods, it’s just something I do for health and fitness more so than appearance, the waist I’ve always had just because of genetics. Even when I was eating Big Macs all the time I looked the same. I’m definitely the wrong person to ask about dieting advice because I literally do nothing to earn it 😂 Sorry I couldn’t be of more help 😛 I do recommend a mostly whole foods plant based diet though for all around health and fitness.
