ladynormad Good evening, I received the wrong item, today. I had purchased the green velvet LuLaRoe Nicole dress but just opened the package and found a lovely black velvet purse. (I have a photo of it but I’m not sure how to post it here.) How do I go about returning this and exchanging it for the dress? Thank you.

thefancyshopco @ladynormad You have to go to Problems/ Order Inquiry and then contact Poshmark Support, the other buyer has already done so with their order so it will be easier to get this issue resolved! Also, I assure you that in the 122 listings I’ve sold I have never had this issue, and am extremely apologetic!

I’m not sure if you saw that they were brown in the photos or based your purchase on the description. Please let me know if you would like the order cancelled due to the color.
