ladynormad Good evening, I received the wrong item, today. I had purchased the green velvet LuLaRoe Nicole dress but just opened the package and found a lovely black velvet purse. (I have a photo of it but I’m not sure how to post it here.) How do I go about returning this and exchanging it for the dress? Thank you.

thefancyshopco @ladynormad You have to go to Problems/ Order Inquiry and then contact Poshmark Support, the other buyer has already done so with their order so it will be easier to get this issue resolved! Also, I assure you that in the 122 listings I’ve sold I have never had this issue, and am extremely apologetic!
