magarac what do waist, front rise, hip, thigh, length, inseam and leg opening measure when laying flat? could you measure using the following six standards: A- lay item flat on the hard surface; B - using tailor’s flexible measuring tape; C - measure multiple times; D - if you don’t get the same measurement both times try again; E - record measurement to the nearest ¼ inch; F -before each measurement is taken spread the garment flat on the surface, and remove any fullness and wrinkles from it.
