jennflor @nicoleyjoseph Hello! It is 97% cotton and 3% spandex so it has some stretch. There is a pic of the tag with material content and washing instructions. 🙂

jennflor @joaniewhite absolutely! Measuring at the middle of the pockets it is 19" across. Measuring at the bottom of the pockets it is 23". There is also some stretch in the fabric. I'm glad to take any additional measurements.😊

joaniewhite @jennflor I think it would work😰The 23" would mean 46" total? I'm between an 8 and a 10 in size. It's my hips I always have to worry about.

jennflor @joaniewhite The dress has some pleats in front and a little extra give in back due to the cinched waist but I understand about being cautious of the fit.
