Please, I NEED my fellow Poshers help to buy the WEDDING DRESS of my DREAMS👰! I 1st found this dress on Posh, but am unable to purchase it for an unknown reason. I have tried scouring the net😭, looking for another, but have been unsuccessful. I'd LOVE to buy this dress in an XL, but would def settle for a large. helen_bragdon What specific size do you need? I work in a bridal consignment store :) just looking at our largest sizes we have an 18 and 20 that are the same basic shape and style but with a little bling under the bust. As for a smaller size we have many... Just let me know and I'll post them ASAP for you! :)

I had been doing quite well with my lifestyle change, which I started a 4-5 months ago & have lost a decent amount of weight. But, recently, I've had some set backs & ended up gaining a lil weight back. But, I am happy to say that I'm back on the right path.

passion4poshing @helen_bragdon The reason I told you this is to explain why I'm having such a tough time aquiring "THE" dress, the one of my dreams. I'm worried about buying one now, in the size I'm currently in, just to have it not fit later. (whether it's because I'm a lot smaller or, God forbid, BIGGER!) I know that it can always be altered, but I'm trying to keep the price down as much as possible.

passion4poshing @helen_bragdon Anywho, I would LOVE to see some dresses from size 10-18, street size. I'm most comfortable in dresses with a high...... waistline?? (not sure what to call it. I'll post a couple examples of what I mean. With my large bust, this type of dress helps to hide my my tummy, hips/saddlebags, and tush! Lol)

The amazing thing about this store is we have sale very very often so we can try to score you one for under $150 (Sometimes even $60) so if in the future you need to alter it it'll be easier on your wallet. She had lied on the listing, saying it was NWT's & a large. But, in fact, it's a MEDIUM & absolutely BUSTED! It's a shade of off white/tan, due to all the dirt on it, and it's actually FRAYING!!! She knew that I wanted this as a wedding dress, but still lead me on for a while, before completely ignoring me & other inquiries. I

Thanks for giving me closure on this dress, as it STILL bothered me, every single day, when I'd have to share this listing. I'm going to move on from this dress & probably stick with the one I have. This whole experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth, & think that THIS DRESS could bring some bad ju-ju on my wedding day. Lol

jodiefennelly Good luck! same thing happened to me, couldn’t find “the” dress, scoured the net for weeks, bought something else, then found the dress on eBay! BUT the seller lied about the length (it was hemmed 3” too short). I was so upset, and the seller refused to discount anything. I work in fashion so Im incredibly lucky that I had people to help me remake the skirt portion, reattach it to the bodice, & fit it to me perfectly!...

jodiefennelly It became more than the dress I had wanted...& I tried not to let my bitterness at the seller taint the dress with negativity :) so You could have this dress made! but it will more expensive... but you should have the dress you can’t stop thinking about for your wedding day ;) good luck!!
