The size 0 has a high waist of about 27" (high waist meaning where the draw tie is in the pictures), and a skirt length of 40". The size 4 has a high waist of about 29" and skirt length of 41". @orchidisle Hi! I just tried on the size 0 (although I would wear a size 2) and I can tell you bust is not an issue, lol. Because of the bib style top, it can fit many sizes. I'm about 34D and it fits more than fine!

@orchidisle As for length, I'm almost 5"5' and there's another 2" before it hits the floor. And that was measuring while barefoot, if wearing shoes (even flats) that would give you more clearance. Also the straps are adjustable so you could tighten them to bring the dress up! Hope this is also helpful!! 😊 Have a great day ☀️
