I woke up at 2am my time and have been up since! 🤪 I just took melatonin I hope I can take a small cat nap before I start my day! It’s so frustrating not being able to fall asleep 😴 always so great to chat with You! 😊💕

@genevieverh I agree. I think for me it’s a combination of factors. I question screen time as well. I’d hate for it to be a cause but I’m running out of explanations for my lack of sleep! I’m wide awake! At 3 in the morning!! Was recommended an herbal called Sleep Thru by Gaia herbs. That’s next on my mission to Zzz’s! 🙂

@rea_pparel you brought up a good point Rea! The screen time! I was reading in a book I’m trying to also change my diet to better sleep. Sounds kinda weird but I started to read The Plant paradox by Dr. Steven Gundry. He mentioned that the blue light from our screens really disrupt our sleep cycle and the production of natural melatonin.

@rea_pparel I tend to grab my phone if I wake them I’m wide awake for a while. I’m going to try to not do screen about 30 min before bed. Try it’s hard. I also read sometimes on my iPad I’m going to try valerian tea tonight it smells bad but is supposed to help. Also I put an app on my phone Asana Rebel it’s yoga based but has videos for relaxation. Also maybe try Manuka Honey. I tsp under your tongue before bedtime that’s helped me before : )

@genevieverh happy Friday!! Sleep has been status quo. I think I’m just getting used to dealing with it... I have to say though, it has been better overall. I’m seriously considering filler for my under eyes though😆😊. You can go shopping with those bags under my eyes! I actually had an appointment for it and cancelled the day before. 🤦🏻♀️

Going Monday to try out some new concealers and see if anew underwhelming cream will take away the black eye look 🤪 I seriously doubt it but maybe there is a miracle product we have not discovered yet Ria?! The consultation would be a good start to explore options. please do tell after you go. I’m very interested and curious.
