Does this fit true to size? It seems like the sleeves are slightly longer in one photo than the other - which one seems right?

@hannaflane it has a tie at the back so in one photo she may not have it as tight, i would say its more of a cap sleeve.. I wear a 25/26 pant and this fits me just fine. Hope that helps!
