julie0780@linseek Hi! The bust is about 34" (although the website states bust 38-39")? And yes the material is stretchy throughout. It's my understanding this dress is pretty accommodating size-wise. I also have this same dress in size large in a turquoise color 😊 Or were you looking for another size?
