texaslariat@elegantencore Here are the measurements laying flat: Armpit to armpit - Small 15", Medium 16.5", Large 17.5", high waist unstretched - Small 11.5", Medium 13.5", Large 14", high waist stretched - Small 18", Medium 19" - Large 20", shoulder to high waist - Small 13.5", Medium 13.75", Large 14", high waist to hem - Small 46.5", Medium 46.5", Large 46.5". The " high waistline" is actually at the rib area for this dress, which gives a nice and long look to the dress. I hope these work for you!
