M L free floating Ruffles silver gray turtleneck rayon with 8% spandex top. Features w tie back neck features a long tie at nape of neck with a small key hole. Can be tied in a bow or a night to lay down the back! Size large, but fits my size 6 mannequin perfectly with room for an 8 unstreched, would say size 10 max. Pretty & Very versatile. Do not recall wearing it but I have removed the tag so listed EUC & under brand unknown
