iflip4fashion @suzanneroberson on the blue topaz Judith Ripka ring I looked up vendor information so I know I was answering correctly as there are numerous types of clear stones. This ring is not diamond accented, they are what are cubic zirconia on this piece. Thank you for your question, I was kind of wondering myself. I do like cz though, they hold their luster and refract light like a diamond unlike white topaz, white sapphire, which don't sparkle and appear dull quickly and cannot be reversed btw
