Off shoulder top with a stretchy shoulder band and bell sleeves. Small print pattern on an ivory background with a deep blue ombre. Bell sleeves and hem are trimmed with a narrow blue lace. Hand wash in cold water and line dry, the ombre dye is very pigmented.
Measurements laying flat ~ shoulder band stretched - S 24", M 25", L 26", armpit to armpit stretched - S 27", M 29", L 30", length at center - S 17", M 18", L 19", sleeve length - S 20", M 20.5", L 21".

@hocxrnHi! measurements laying flat are: shoulder band when stretched - Small 24", Med. 25", Large 26, armpit to armpit when stretched - Small 27", Med. 29", Large 30", top of band from neck to hem - Small 17", Med. 18", Large 19", top of shoulder band to end of sleeve - Small 20", Med. 20.5", Large 21". I hope these measurements help, it is pretty loose and swingy.

@wendycat10 The vendors I use are all slightly different, but it would not surprise me if some (not all) ran closer to junior sizing. Do you want to try a medium? The girl I measured is normally an XS or S so a medium would probably work.
