@gissygiss5 They are pretty true to size. I wear 8 ,to 8 1/2 and the foot bet just fits, I would go with an 8 1/2, but they appear to only be in full size. However, I don't have a high arch. Hopefully that helps. My 7 has sold but if I can get my hands on another pair, I will definitely let you know.😎😉😍
