redofashion @steffiegirl0820 I'm not sure of what size dress she wears but here is a sz. 2 dress with a same fabric it measures from the top of the dress to the bottom of the skirt is 13 3/4 inch, from armpit to armpit is 9 1/2". The straps tie in the back will determine the length of the dress.

redofashion @hotpinkgurl815 . I don't know if this will be too big for her. I do have red with white polka dot and just a very little bit of the light blue flowers fabric that I can make a dress smaller dress, the design may be a little different.

redofashion @just4me15 size 2 measures 14 inches from the top bib to the hem. I would not be afraid to purchase decide to you can just adjust the length of the dress by tightening up the ties in the back. I do not have any more of that fabric so I cannot make a smaller size so sorry I would have loved to.
