cmlazorenk@rmolina77 Hi Raquel! No, I don't think it runs small. The measurements are listed. The bust measurement is laying flat underarm to underarm. The small is 16" or 32" all the way around. The shoulder part is pretty stretchy. The only problem I run into is the length as I am 6'1". I'm happy to help if you have any questions. If you have a top that you like the fit of I usually suggest to measure underarm to underarm to know your bust measurements.
