@alicia919 hey! I'm a US size 4 and 5'3". The 28 was a bit too tight on me and the 30 was a little too big. I would definitely say they run small though. As far as length, they are ankle length but being a little on the short size, they are full length on me! Hope this helps! Happy to measure as well 😊
