B.L.E.U. Sleeveless Empire Waisted Top with 30" each side spaghetti tie for back side. Measurements are taken laying flat across underarms is 22.5", at hem its 31", and the length is 28". Scoop neckline is embellished with flowers made of same fabric with toile and shiny threading. Front has decorative rhinestones in silver and blue.
