Cute navy & white stripe top

I've worn this only twice! Looks black in the pix but the stripes are navy. Back cutout and breezy arm opening. Brass buttons on shoulders and at back of neck. Blouse looks funny in third pic but couldn't manipulate it better to show open arms :) can wear a tank under for work, or bralette/stickies for play.
