@caffeko didn’t realize I added the measurements already. Just tried it on and it fits me well. I also have a 31” waist and I am 5.3 and runs a few inches above my knee on the shorter side. I have a b/c cup. So you would just show more cleavage ;) but the material is stretchy so would still fit. Beautiful dress. Thanks again
