@staceyfrazier 💕🙋I totally understand💕The band is smaller because it’s more of a blouse over style like a sweatshirt. There is plenty of room in midsection & bust for a small. The waist is also 18.5 across laying flat, then the band tapers to 16.5”. I know it’s difficult not being able to try on😔Whatever you decide, I really appreciate your interest😍💝
