@sandi7 ok here are the measurements for the Medium laying flat: B: about 18" W: 18" L: 56". The material has lots of stretch and and it's very flattering, and forgiving in the belly area.

@miracles_now Hello! The Medium measures 18" from underarm to underarm, the Large measures 19" (laying flat) the dress has lots of stretch so it depends on your preference.

@miracles_now for additional reference, I'm 5 3", also 140, 34D/36C and I liked how the small fit. It was more fitted. The Medium fit me fine also but with more of a relaxed fit. Not sure this helps...but just to give you an idea, the dress has a good 2 inches of stretch without it looking too stretched out.
