At the bust being 14”, that’d make it 28” which is pretty small, right? Interest in buying but not sure if that area would be too small

Yes it's very small like a petite I would say an extra small I am a 32D and I can't even fit it on top :(

It says either 36/38 P on the tag so I'm not sure what sizing that is hope this helps
