Hello are the sizes on the size chart actual bust measurements of item and does this fabric have any stretch to it?

@eggdeb The size chart shows body measurements recommended for each size, just like a regular size chart. So you'd compare your bust measurement to the chart to choose your size. The fabric does have some stretch to it. If you want an oversized fit, I would recommend ordering a size up.
