@11thstreet hi! I'm not sure if I've purchased from you before? What is your policy on holds? Do I need to make a couple of purchases first to become an established customer? And when that happens do you require at least two items to hold for a week? Thank you!

A few girls have been frequently shopping with me mostly for years when my business was a lot smaller so they are accustomed to buying through reserves.
